To participate at the Oregon Gold Show in Bend, Oregon my Haflinger Mariko was trailered for 11 hours ,followed by a nights rest before performing in 18 performance classes the next day. With deep footing in the arena I knew his muscles would need special attention. Jennifer’s work was magical and Mariko put in a stellar performance in carriage driving the next day by winning 8 out of 9 classes. My trainer Shelli said it was only polite to leave one 1st Place to some one else. After two hard days of showing, Mariko once again needed his well deserved massage before we began our long trip home to San Juan Island.
